- Sometimes Radek works into December depending on the weather.
- Two proposals have been received for shoreline maintenance.
- No further information regarding the farm field/Tudor Oaks.
Old Business
- Continued discussion on guest passes.
- A motion was made to deliver one guest pass to each homeowner in January. The pass will be good for one year and must be visible on the lanyard provided while on common grounds.
