The meeting was attended in person with Steve Fabry, Kostas Lazarides, Debbie Lambert, Jeff Spoerk, and Wendy Fisenne in attendance. Nate Ziarek was absent. The meeting was at the Lambert home and called to order at 7:03 pm on February 26, 2024.

- The board has plot maps and other information for many houses in the subdivision. These papers are from the origination of Lake Brittany Estates. If you would like to find out if the board has plot maps or other information for your home and if you would like them, please email [email protected] before 3-30-24. This information will be destroyed if not claimed by 3-31-24.
