Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

- The ACC has reached out to Lot 75 to address their property appearance issue.
- The Board was made aware of signage complaints. Signs are limited to 3 square feet for advertising signs and political signs are subject to the City of Muskego Ordinances.
Environmental Control Committee (ECC)
Zach Davis reporting
- The 2025 ECC Budget was sent to the Board for approval.
- Common area shoreline damage that occurred during the recent shoreline mowing will be repaired by the contractor.
- Herbicide was used on the shrubs.
- Grasses and flowers will be planted along the shoreline.
Old Business
- Petty Cash has not yet been funded.
- Waiting for information from the Social Committee before pursuing a Social Committee Budget.
New Business
- A motion was made and passed by a 6-0 vote that beginning May 1, 2025, lot numbers will be included in the Board Meeting Minutes for lots with active liens filed with the Waukesha County Courthouse.
- Discussion of reasonable attorney’s fees for filing liens. This fee will be passed on to the delinquent homeowner for reimbursement to the Association.
- Discussion of restricting use of the Common Grounds for homeowners who are delinquent in dues payments.
- The Board is considering other types of legal action against homeowners who are delinquent with dues.
- ECC Budget approved by a 6-0 vote.
