Upcoming April Tasks
- Dave V. to coordinate with Radek to removal of large debris around lake.
- Dave V. to coordinate with Radek regarding shoreline pruning before shrubs break dormancy (likely by end of April at the latest) – focus on east side from boat landing to stormwater outfall.
- Nick C. to order chip drop for first weekend in April. Looking to have High School volunteers place mulch.
- Greg R to coordinate meeting with Legacy to discuss:
- Maintenance cost for 750 LF of path.
- Updated cost to prune shoreline (can it be done every other year).
- Updated cost for fall cleanup (to include removing leaves from common ground and shoreline).
- Greg R. to order gravel (if volunteers will spread) or arrange for Legacy to patch muskrat holes and perform path maintenance.
- Pontoon boat request. ECC considering locations at lot 84 or by 79-80-81-99

- Additional boat mooring/hook by stormwater inlet. 5 – 8 feet will be marked off by ECC before boats come in. (2 paddle and 1 kayak).

- Pete F. to communicate with the board regarding final approval for Radeks pay raise to $21.50 for 2023. Pete F. thinks it is in the minutes from the board. Pete F. thinks what was recommended was approved. Pete F. will follow up if it was approved.
- Aquatic Biologists to deliver coir logs and eutasorb bags by Friday 3/23/23.
- ECC or Radek will install by the stormwater inlet.
- ECC to vote on turning over tasks to Legacy in 2024. ECC discussion will consider:
- How much it would cost Radek to complete tasks vs Legacy on projects.

- Legacy fall clean up – remove leaves from the shoreline. Will we be willing to pay them more to get leaves off the shoreline.

- Legacy mulching around grounds $8000. Strike it and have Radek or High School volunteers do the mulching.
- Legacy weed application – Rodek will handle flower beds.
- Legacy placing sand on beach – Have Rodek move sand around.
Upcoming May Tasks
- Andrea K. to order mulch for beaches by first week of May. Looking into having High School volunteers spread mulch. Radek to spread as well.
- Dave V. to coordinate with Radek to put out picnic tables, volleyball nets, tennis court nets by second week in May.
- Debris clean up if needed.
- Board is asking for ECC to Create volunteer list for residents to be posted online. The list includes:
- Pick up branches on common ground.
- Weed flower beds throughout common grounds.
- Rake the beach.
- Thin out flower beds.
- Nick C. to coordinate with Aquatic Biologists for first weed treatment.

- Dead tree by Mortimore’s needs to be taken down because it is dead. If It goes down we are liable because it is dead and not an act of God. Board has line item of $4000 to take down trees in need. Possible action item.
